The product is excellent Amazon should look at their packaging as the product packing is not strong enough to sustain the transit from the warehouse to the user. The packet I received was totally torn. But as it has sachets, I did not return it. Fortunately the flavor is retained.

First of all box packaging and shipping is so good . Delivered in just 2 days. Brought first time for my father who was advised to stop the drinking of tea due to the presence of caffeine. inside the tea bags are staple free and just knotted with cotton thin rope. After you open the tea bag box you will get it's first smell of pure tulsi. This tea is totally CAFFEINE FREE . So if your doctor has stopped you from drinking tea for caffeine then this herbal tea is totally good for your health . So just take a tea bag, tear the outside wrapper and dip into the hot water . Keep it in hot water for next 3 minutes for its 100% flavour to come out . It will look like the green tea but will spread the full aroma of pure tulsi as soon as the licker starts to comes out . Tastes somewhat same like green tea but not like normal tea which is normal , when there are no caffeine but totally healthy . It is little bit bitter in taste but you can add suger cube or suger free powder if you wish as per your taste . You will feel totally fresh after drinking the tea when you can't drink normal tea. This herbal tea can be consumed by anybody from children to old age people . Obviously has no side effect at all. Go for it

One of the best flavor. Ive always trusted organic india for its great green teas. This is preferably the best green tea you'll get . This is the first thing I have in morning and approx 4 cups a day I consume it. Tulsi mulethi is best according to me as the combination of mint with the mulethi and tulsi makes it a perfect blend for soothing cup of delicious tea. Also it is very relaxing and you'll look forward to drink it again and again.
