I tried all the flavours of GOoat ,it is high in protein so keeps you satiated,flavour is great but too sweet.I would definitely buy it but because of that sweetness i will not. Those who trying to cut down sugar,its not a great choice. I wish if they could work on it.

It's an ideal product which should be a part of your daily diet routine to support you maintain a healthy lifestyle. Spoonfree oats means it's more convenient than all the other oats available in the market. Means you can have it on the go in a sipper. Moreover, it is delicious as well so you will never feel a hustle consuming this. Highly recommended !!

Very disappointed with the packaging. It did not match what was shown on Shark Tank and looked cheap. The manufacturing and expiry label was badly printed — the expiry was written as “an’26” instead of “Jan’26,” which raises concerns about quality control. Needs improvement.

Loved the variety of flavors! Each one was fresh, delicious, and made for a quick and easy breakfast. High in protein, healthy, and really filling perfect for busy mornings. The packaging was neat, and delivery was right on time. Great value for money definitely ordering again!

I don’t know about the protein quality as they claim, I can only say for taste, it’s really good. So if you looking for something that’s kind of healthy it can work. Also as they claim, amount of protein is incorrect. That is misleading. Check the complete nutritional information if that is what you intent. Taste is very good

Loved the taste !! I am not an OATS fan, but GoAT is something I really loved it. Some say its too sweet, but for a sweet tooth like me, its super delicious. And of course, nutritious too.. I have tried kulfi and mango so far, and both are awesome 😎
