    Great product for when you are travelling, especially in trains where food is not hygienic. I used it in my 2 days train journey. I ate only these rice cakes with jam and some Yoga bars and it kept me full for the whole journey, and saved my health and money! (Those unhygienic, tasteless train food is expensive too). Also good for when you don't have time to cook or eat outside. I've used it as lunch replacement many times. Eat just 2 or 3 of these and you will be full until evening.
