Really impressed with the quality of this dehydrated Veg Kolhapuri. The flavor is very close to homemade, with just the right amount of spice — even my kids enjoyed it. Feels light and healthy, not oily or overly processed like some ready-to-eat foods. It’s now a regular in our pantry for quick weekday lunches and dinners. Just add hot water, wait a few minutes, and it’s ready — very helpful on busy days. I also take it to work sometimes for an easy meal. Packaging is good, and the portion is generous enough for one adult or can be shared between two kids. Only very small feedback: letting it sit for an extra couple of minutes after adding water makes the texture even better. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a healthy, quick meal option at home.
