I really like the formula , not so thick or thin , the smell is just fine and for people who have black hair like me, I would recommend only this developer because it really lifts up any hair colour

There comes different volume developers, i used this one to mix with the bleach and it took me 2 times to get the perfect bleach shade. my hair is curly and thin. the bleach and developer obviously damages your hair more than a little but i do recommend a 40 vol developer if you are planning to get the blonde colour you want.

I used it with Streax blonder at home only for the tips of my hair and it did a good job. Do not use it on the scalp at home because while applying the mixture, I accidentally applied some on my nose and I got a burning sensation, I immediately washed it off with water. So don't take risk with 40 vol developer by applying on scalp. However you can use it on hair tips.
