I don't know m just writing this review after my observation for a month now that for enhancing the color some kind of coloring agent is added to it. I may be wrong but it's kinda hard to believe that this pepper is 100% authentic coz it leaves the color behind even after u wash ur fingers .

I tried the 5 15PM cayenne pepper powder in a simple tomato curry and the flavor surprised me in a good way. It has a clean heat without any odd bitterness and blends smoothly into the dish so you get a nice warmth from the first bite. The powder feels fresh and aromatic which makes it easy to use even in small quantities. I also like that it comes in a sealed pack so I can store it easily without worrying about moisture. Red chilly powder Was fresh, Spicy and natural color, good for health. Less quantity is required for spicy . The taste was very good & dish was amazing. Good quality with good pricing.
