    When soaked in water, some seeds stay hard. Never faced this issue before. I would not recommend for this reason

    Aromatic, fresh and dry. Clean and proper packing to maintain freshness. Slightly bitter seeds are of good size. This healthy spice is good to use as tadka or powdered in Indian cooking.
