About the Product
Cassia is an aromatic spice which appears from the inner bark of a tropical
tree. When dried, it twists into quills that are utilised to add a humid,
distinctive flavour and fragrance to sweet dishes such as poached fruit. It
contains a stronger fragrance than whole sticks.
