Crunchy, fresh and crispy. Has too much tangy flavour and asafoetida spice added to it. Tastes like eating chakli powder mixed with bujiya powder. Really weird taste. Oil content is low. Salt content is okay. Tastes okay. Not bad, not excellent. Flavour is not balanced because they used excessive citric acid to give a tangy taste to it. Don't know what's with this company. Maybe they get citric acid for cheap price.

I recently tried Bikano Aloo Bhujia (1kg pack) and it's my new favorite! Super crispy with a perfect blend of spices – that subtle minty kick sets it apart from Haldiram's. Fresh, flavorful, and the resealable pack keeps it crunchy for weeks. Highly recommend for snack lovers – 4 stars!
