    I gave 2 stars for the taste and appearance, it’s earthy and a pretty blue color but as for the Brazilian monjourno effect, zero. I think it actually stimulated my appetite. I would not order again

    1st off it's not really blue. Maybe a bluish black. Not really important. This is a tart tea. I added like 4 sugars to it. Maybe some honey would do better. The tea bag quality however is very good. I was actually more impressed with the bag than the tea. The flavor of the Garcinia is very prominent. Maybe the regular would be better. I drink a variety of teas daily and don't generally need to add anything except maybe ice if the flavor is better cold.

    I am a cardamom lover but it did nothing for this tea. I could hardly drink it as it tasted antiseptic. I will add some cinnamon and see if it redeems it. The plain version is much better and far more pleasant.

    I’ve been trying different herbal teas for sleep and relaxation, and this chamomile tea is by far one of the best. The flavor is gentle and floral, and it’s truly calming ... perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. I love that it's caffeine-free and plant-based. The easy pull sachets are super convenient too. I noticed a real improvement in my sleep quality after just a few nights....
