The origins of pau bhaji date back to the 1850s Bombay, it was a fast, nutritious lunch for textile workers, a mash of vegetables sprinkled with spices and a dollop of butter, Bombay can rightfully claim to be the birthplace of this hot, spicy, tasty bhaji served with crunchy onions and slivers of lime, coupled with butter-dripping Portuguese bread called pau. Junyali pau bhaji masala can be used for Bombay’s street foods, like scrambled egg & potato patty. Ingredients

Pau Bhaji : Heat oil, add cumin seeds, Pau Bhaji Masala adds chopped vegetables like tomatoes, carrot, beetroot, potatoes, green peas add water let the vegetables cook. Heat a pan add butter add chopped onions, capsicum, green chillies fry, add pau bhaji spice blend, red chilli powder, Kasturi methi, garlic ginger paste & salt cook on high flame, add little lemon juice add the cooked vegetables with water mash all vegetables as they mix and cook to medium consistency. On a hot griddle heat, buttered pau can add the spice blend to the butter. Nutritional Facts
