It's not the same Russian buckwheat that I used to eat but it's a good one. It's slightly slimy so before cooking I suggest roasting it in a tava for a couple of minutes.

I am in love wid buckwheat... i eat it daily as breakfast along with jowar bajra ragi flakes mixed wid my whey protein and seeds and nuts.... just one thing if u r going to use it raw like i do .. just roast it and keep it in a jar... it tastes good ds way odrvise it tastes very rawish.. same i did wid bajra jowar n ragi flakes... just roast dem alll and keep in airtight container
