This flour is the best one available if you're looking to make hand made pasta at home. I used it to make ravioli and was super happy with the results. It's high grade quality pasta flour from Italy and gives excellent results.

First I was hesitating to order the products thinking on its authenticity, but I must say it’s an absolutely awesome and authentic product. From packaging to taste of the 00 flour and drum wheat semolina that I ordered to make pasta tasted awesome. Definitely will order again and recommend to buy for those who are looking for authentic Italian ingredients!

First time buying the original semolina flour made from Durum Wheat, the same used in Pastas. I used this as a substitute to normal wheat flour to add to millet flour to make chapathies. I find this an excellent substitute. Durum Wheat has complex carbohydrates, so it is a good item for people who are diabetes.
