I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a Cetaphil product that I purchased on 19 May 2024. The product packaging states that the expiry date is March 2027, so it should still be safe to use. However, recently I noticed that the product has developed a very unpleasant smell, and fungus appears to have grown inside the container. Because of this contamination, it is no longer safe for me to use it on my face. I am quite concerned about the quality of the product, especially since it is meant for skincare and still well within its expiry date. I request you to please look into this issue and guide me on the next steps. I would appreciate a replacement or appropriate resolution for this defective product. I provide photos of the product, batch number, and purchase details for your verification. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
