There is no sweet freshness to this as we get in fresh ground masala without chai patti. Somewhere the flavour gets lost.

Bought it for my mother who is a hardcore tea drinker and a connoisseur from a village in punjab. She rated it 2 out of 10. Apparently it's for people who have zero knowledge about what a real masala should contain ! And she did not approve of the quality of the tea either. Suppose ur using normal Chai Patti, u will add 1 spoon of it in ur milk but this brand demands atleast 3 spoons in the same amount of milk and its more expensive too. According to her, they have added some kind of ataste and a color enhancer and when it comes to basic knowledge of food, she is usually right . I bought 3 flavors for her. She disapproved all three !

Overall the product is good only a small issue which I felt is that the flavor of ginger is very strong and overpowers the rest.

Best in taste. It refreshes you. Can also help to revive when you have mild fever or cough. Looks fresh and tastes wonderful. The only problem is that it's very costly. Should be a bit cheaper. Otherwise it's a wonderful experience.

I loved the perfect blend of chai masala with the chai . It’s quite rich in flavour and you literally don’t require anything else need to add other thn choice of sugar and milk. However I feel that following pts need to be sorted -Firstly for a single cup a single scoop of tea remains less .. so eventually you end up putting two teaspoon of tea for a single cup . So when you guys claim that you can make 200 cups , it’s actually 100 cups only . - secondly, even after putting two teaspoons full of tea in for a cup , and brewing it for sufficient time ,still you don’t the classy colour of masala tea. It’s looks like milky tea however tastes awesome . So guys need to do something to improve the colour basically first appearance of masala chai . Chai should always look kadak and masaledar

My 76 year old mom, mixes red + green label + this for perfect “KADAK” - boost to her cup of tea . NOT best for those liking Bitter and strong chai but go for quality, aroma, and flavor. Convenient for old people, or for travel. 60% whole spices, masala, 40% tea assam medium caffeine. Strong ginger taste. Suggestions by mommy. - Keep in airtight bottle, remove from original packaging, buy a bigger bag for saving money. -Tea making tips: Do not boil tea, simmer, to slowly release oils in spices, tea leaves. < than 80 degrees, for 3-5 mins is best. For milk chai tea, use more quantity / cup, pinch Jaggery. - Chayoos: Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, and Black Pepper. Whole spices, + longer leaves, smoother, milder taste. Wagh Bakri = broken tea dust, ground spices, extra =nutmeg and long pepper.Old mommy take some pics. 💪 - Pls encourage her by click helpful - thanks

Since leaving Nepal I have had problems finding a Masala Chai blend that is authentic and pleasant to drink. Then I found Chaayos Masala - premium chai patti that consist of 100% natural spices. WOW, this is devine! This blend heated up in milk with added honey to taste is a taste sensation that brings me back good memories.
