Nice taste but price is little high. Also quantity is less. For other company products, I normally make 2 small. Cup tea/coffee using 1 sachet, but here you can make 1:1 or 2:3 only

Had experienced coffee premix but was skeptical about Chai ones! So, i wasn't expecting this to be good, but based on the reviews, decided to try it anyway. And......WOW! I was amazed with the great cuppa tea i got to sip! It has the right mix of tea and less sugar. The Elaichi flavor was just right! Made my day👍 Great for the working table chai breaks and would be a good item to carry while travelling when you cant get chai on the way. Thumbs Up Chai Point....you have made your 'point' alright!

Tea was okay. Dairy powder and sugar was mixed. Little bit on the sweet side as i use very little jaggery in my tea. Could have added more tea component to make the tea stronger.

The sweetness is just right, unlike other similar products which are sickeningly sweet.

Easy to prepare for travel or at home. Not very sweet but moderate. Slightly overpriced priced.

At the outset let me state unequivocally that this is an exceptional product...! I was delightfully surprised by 2 things - the convenience of making a quick cup of tea and the absolutely wonderful taste. A word of caution - when making the tea, you have to be really careful about the amount of water used to make a cup. If you drown the mix in too much water, it will lose its bite. If you put just the right amount (100 ml) the taste is exquisite...!! And it's so simple to make; no hassle of tea leaves or tea bags, warming milk separately...nothing...! And for us as a couple, who consume maybe 6-8 cups of tea a day, its really convenient. I for one have chosen to believe the manufacturer when it states that there are no preservatives and no additives in the mix. This review would not be complete if I didn't compare the tea made from the sachet with the fresh Ginger Tea that one can order from Chai Point. I would rate the fresh Ginger tea (in the flask) as a 9/10 and the sachet tea as maybe an 7-8/10; the only downside of the fresh tea is that its never as hot as I personally like it. Lastly, on the price - its a little expensive at Rs 180 for a box of 10 sachets, so perhaps not for everyone.
