DNV, a premium form of dried lentil dumplings is very popular in Bengali
cuisine. These are made from a paste of musur dal and winter melon. Which is
sun-dried for 3–5 days, bori can be fried as a snack or can be added to
vegetable dishes to enhance the taste or to add variety to a dish.
