The Double horse Palada Payasam is also a form of Kheer. The most famous payasam is Amabalapuzha Payasam in Alappuzha District and then payasam from Sree Padmanabhaswami Temple in Thiruvananthapuram. This is ready to cook product so expect it to be ok. I had followed their instructions and stir while cooked for 30 minutes with 2 litre milk. I didnt buy from amazon as it is easily available in stores near my home. Pros:: 1.Easy to cook 2.Even a non cook like me could do it 3.Sweeter even with 2 litre milk Cons:: 1.Dry fruits etc are not present 2.According to instruction 30 min is only required but it doesnt get thick My aunt once told she was able to make it thicker but it took her hours of stirring. The double horse is always my favorite brand and soo happy that its products came to amazon, we are from Kerala and it was so difficult for us to get Kerala products in this lockdown. and Finally, the double horse is here I am looking forward to other products too on amazon.. and Double horse palada is my favoriteeee....
