Good quality this time.. Easy to grind and rotis were soft and tasty. Try and reduce shelled seeds in the pack which make it difficult to grind and make the rotis very hard.

It is way better than one I got before from another seller. No earth, no dirt or other rabble among the grains. It does not have a strong taste of Russian buckwheat (which is normally sold roasted and precooked) as it is a "green" buckwheat. Still some distinct taste is there. One trick to use it well - put it to the boiling water, never heat it up along with water. When you put it to the boiling water when it's ready you will have separate cooked grains. In the second case, if you heat it up along with water the result is a jelly as the grains break down. I guess it has proteins which denature and coil on strong sudden heat thus sealing the grains.
