I had been looking for a healthy and budget friendly option for my evening snack as I have recently started this journey of eating healthy and I found this amazing millet mixture that I like enjoying as an evening snack. It is tasty and packed with the goodness of wholesome ingredients and doesn’t contain any nasty elements which I appreciate! Go for it guys, I totally recommend this one!

Crispy Millet Mixture by "Eat Better co" is a crunchy mixture of superfoods with Indian spices. It is high protein , low- GI , vegan & gluten free. A healthy snack that's bursting with flavour and satisfying crunch. It is a great replacement for chips and bhujia for your health. You should definitely try this out..

If you check the product page for this, just like I did, you wouldn't see any mention of Sunflower Oil in the ingredients list. I checked all the images. The image of back of the pack where all the ingredients are mentioned is just not there. They have very cunningly hid this ingredient knowing fitness freaks like me won't buy it if it had oil added to it. One page says: Made using "JUST" Ragi, Jowar, Rice Crispies, Chana, Roasted and Seasoned with Organic Indian Spices. Does "just" not include oil you seasoned it with? If you are not worried about oil, even then it's not tasty at all. If you are ok with oil roasted things and want some health, go for roasted nuts like peanuts, cashews, almonds in different flavours. Much healthier than this and better taste.
