I have been taking these regularly and noticed clearer skin and more energy. Love that it includes natural amla extract and zinc, and its gentle on the stomach. Affordable, effective, and easy to take daily—no aftertaste or discomfort. Best vitamin c available currently.

The End2End Nutrition Natural Vitamin C dissolves quickly — within 30 seconds — and the taste is actually quite nice. However, the front label is a bit misleading since it highlights “Vitamin C” in big letters, while the fact that it’s mostly amla powder is written in small print. The actual Vitamin C content is not 100% of the RDA, so it’s not a complete supplement. Overall, it’s decent for mild daily use but not as strong as it appears.
