This authentic & unadulterated sulphur free Jaggery is a conventional form of whole cane sugar known as Natural Sweetener and a healthier alternative to refined Sugar because of its superior nutritional profile. Traditional Jaggery is unrefined and non-distilled. So, no chemicals are used in making it and all nutrients like Magnesium, Iron, Calcium and Phosphorus are retained. It is prepared in a unique &hygienic stainless steel plant using steam heating. As Jaggery is much more complex than refined sugar, it does not increase the sugar level in the blood very quickly. It provides energy slowly, over a longer period. Although Diabetics should avoid Jaggery, it is better than using sugar.
