This is a perfect blend for a coffee to get the true taste of South Indian ‘Filter Kaapi’. Filter coffee is 80 % of fresh ground coffee bean mixed with 20 % Chicory. Chicory is extracted from a root and adds a dash of bitterness to strengthen the flavor.
