    Flavour is good. But the powder absorbs moisture very easily. Need beeter packing to keep airtight and avoid moisture absorbing.

    I add it to my biryani. This is how the restaurant guys are making biryani. The onion flavor comes from this onion powder.

    The powder gets sticky in just 15 days. I had to empty the bottle, sund dry and heat the powder. It forms lumps as well.
