How to Use
MIX:
Mix 2 tablespoon curd (yoghurt), 1.5 tablespoon oil & 250 ml of water. Add contents (200g) of the pack, mix gradually & gently into a smooth batter.
STEAM:
Grease dhokla moulds with oil and fill 3/4th of the mould with batter. Steam in the cooker (without whistle) on high flame for 15 min. Switch off the stove, remove lid immediately so that condensed water doesn’t drop on the dhoklas. Allow it to cool.
SERVE:
Cut the dhokla pancake into small cubes. Heat two tablespoon oil, add 1 tablespoon mustard seeds when crackling starts, add sesame seeds, cumin, chopped green chillies, curry leaves & toss. Pour evenly on the dhokla. Chef’s tip: Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve with Pudina & sweet-sour chutney.
