Misal Wada Pau : Soak pulses overnight boil with ginger, garlic, salt, Kolhapuri Maratha Darbar Masala. Roast garlic, ginger, coconut make paste. Heat Oil add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, green chillies chopped onions, tomatoes add Kolhapuri masala cook well add boiled pulses cook over low heat till mixed and cooked.
Wada : Heat Ghee add cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, garlic, turmeric, green chillies add boil potatoes, lemon juice, fresh coriander. Make balls dip in chickpeas and rice flour batter and deep fry.
Tambda Rassa : Marinate mutton pieces with turmeric, salt & ginger-garlic paste in a bowl. Heat oil add cloves, bayleas, poppyseads, black pepper, cinnamon sticks, onion cut lengthwise, sesame seeds & dry coconut add onions fry make paste. Fry till light brown & Add tomatoes.
