Few famous dishes are Idli, Dhokla, Dosa, kheer are also prepared using this Samak Rice also known as “Barnyard millet”, or “Samo”, “Moriya”, “Bhagar”, “Vari cha Tandul” or “Mordhan” or “Sava ke chawal”.
