Good taste. Good product. Wholesome. Its very hard to find whole tuvar or whole pigeon peas in Tamilnadu. Glad to see this product on Amazon.

Most of the people in india do not know the whole-seeds from which Toor-dal is made, that's why some comments here are negative about this product; people bought this considering it as Toor-Dal, but this is WHOLE-SEED TOOR. THESE SEEDS ARE EVEN NUTRITIOUS THAN DAAL(BROKEN INTO TWO PIECES AND WITHOUT ITS COVER), BECAUSE THIS IS MORE NATURAL AND INTACT WITH ITS CONTENTS. This is made from Vasad(Vadodara) Gujarat, where it's farmed and harvested traditionally. I belong to the same place and I know the quality since my childhood. This is the best quality. You can prepare Sabzi, the way we make मूंग sabzi, many recipes are available in YouTube. You can boil and eat directly with some coriander and spring onions, will be great for the health conscious people and specifically for infants and children. Mostly eaten in the winters. Ignore the negative comments here since they don't know and comment, just try. Highly recommended. Thanks Amazon.
