Usually I use another well known brand for semi permanent hair dye, but the last few times I have used it, I have found that I only get 2/3 weeks before my greys start to show. For context, I have dark brown hair, and have some greys (not a lot!) at the front and sides near my ear. I usually just cover my whole hair to get it all the same shade. Thought I would give this a go as the other one isn’t lasting as long as I would like and sometimes I find that the greys aren’t always as covered as I would like. I ordered this, and did the patch test 48hrs before use. On first impressions, there is a generous amount of conditioner. Usually it’s a small sachet, but in this set was a larger container which was more than enough for my long hair. The dye was easy to apply, and the gloves provided were good quality to last throughout the process. I left it on for the 20 mins and washed out and then used the conditioner provided. It has made my already dark hair, darker. I would say edging towards black, but I’m happy with that anyway. It’s covered my grey hairs beautifully and has left my hair looking really glossy. Overall, so far I am really pleased with this dye and will definitely use again. Even if I have to do my hair again in 3/4 weeks I still think it will be worth it. If you are debating it, give it a go! Ps. For my long hair, (half way down my back) one box of this was enough for me. *update: it’s been nearly 5 weeks since I last dyed my hair and my greys at the front are starting to become more apparent. Really pleased with how long this has lasted!

I am extremely disappointed as this hair colour did not work at all, even after following all the instructions carefully. There was absolutely no visible change in my hair, making this a complete waste of money. The product clearly failed to deliver on its claims. I expect a full reimbursement for this purchase and will provide proof if required. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter through formal consumer complaint channels.

Most recent order on feb 26th 2026,Cream developer was only 50 ml instead of 60 ml as noted on the box.Will not be ordering this again for this reason.
