Bought directly from the farmers, these spices and herbs are then streamlined into spice kitchens where they are washed and dried before being placed in industry-scale dehydrators where they are made to wait for just the right amount of time. When ready, they are stored in temperature and humidity controlled rooms where it is made sure that they don’t lose their aroma and flavour. Adequate care is taken, besides strict hygiene, to preserve the essential goodness of the spices ensuring authenticity, great taste and consistency every time.
