This Soya Chaap Masala is enriched with vitamin C and per 100 gm of it contains 254 kcal. Loaded with natural ingredients, it has all the spices necessary for preparing the chaap. It is cholesterol free.

How to Use

Take 2-3 tomatoes (medium size), 2 onion, 10 gm ginger, 5 gm green chilli (2-3 pcs) and make a paste of it. Pour 2-3 tbsp of ghee or oil in a pan and fry the paste. Put 25 gm of GM Chaap Masala and fry it. Mix 1 cup milk, 250 gm chaap (fried in oil) & 1 cup of water. Cook it for 10 minutes on low heat. Now garnish it with cream and fresh coriander leaves.
