I have been using these rice for a long time for sushi and fried rice and really love the taste of it. It's always clean and quality is consistent.

I had to buy a large quantity for my cooking class. We made perfect sushi rice with this rice in the electric cooker. Washed it until water was clear and used 1:1 water. Cooked 1 kg at a time, 7 min, high pressure. Mixed in the sushi vinegar solution while hot, spread it out and cooled it to room temperature. It was a perfect texture and stickiness. Would definitely buy again. 1 kg rice (cooked) made 8 rolls, easily cut the each into 8-10 pieces (if you count ends).
