The ideal millets to be eaten in the summer are Jowar, Ragi, Foxtail millet, Barnyard millet and Kodo millet. These cooling millets can be incorporated into your diet in summers. Have bought max allowable quantities of each from Amazon. Absolutely delighted. Will buy again.

This More Choice Foxtail Millet is clean and free of stones—great for gluten-free diets, cooks up fluffy for upma or porridge, and packs good fiber for digestion. The 500g pack is fresh and well-sealed. However, it takes forever to soak and cook (over 30 mins even in a cooker), and the texture can be a bit chewy if not done right. Decent for health-conscious folks, but not the easiest grain to prep daily.
