    Rotis made from this atta become hard in 5 minutes. The atta absorbs lot of water but rotis are not soft.

    Wheat is nice but it is not cleaned so we hve to taketroble of cleaning before giving it in the mill

    While wheat 🌾 I was purchasing from More super store earlier but since 2020 I used to have it from Amazon. Good quality and at the end roti/chapati becomes so tasty. We are adding ragi also during grinding process to remain healthy. Specially kids needed internally strong by taking ragi in their daily routine meals via chapati.
