    Excellent product. It is Dried just enough to retain approx 30-40% raw ginger flavor & aroma. Dry grinding is easy. I use half teaspoon of powdered sonti directly into my 1.2L thermos flask and pour boiling black tea (filtered) into the flask. Hot black strong ginger tea remains hot gir 6-8 hours... Enough for sipping day long. Heros throat warm and prevents throat problems (personal feelings). Always buy in bulk and make full use of the Amazon discounts + cashback offers.
