This one is polished. So boil it, and use as plain rice. Or as daliya/broken_wheat. Very soft, and tasteful.

I loved the clean, affordable and value offerings of Proso millets and foxtail millets from Amazon (earlier repeat purchases). Kodo millets met the same fantastic quality. Yes, I'll buy again.
