Cooking instruction – READY IN 5 MINUTES
Empty entire contents of this pouch and keep aside
Take 1 cup (180 ml) water or cut the empty pouch along the dotted line. Measure water up to the brim, boil it
Add this boiling hot water to poha mix. Stir continuously while adding the water with the help of a spoon
Immediately cover the vessel with a lid. Keep the vessel covered for 8 minutes. Do not keep the vessel on gas/ stove
Remove the lid and mix the contents gently
Poha is now ready to eat. If desired garnish with freshly chopped coriander or squeeze quarter lemon

Less quantity. can't expect taste of fresh poha , quality is fine. ease to prepare. Just add some hot water. can add dahi/ curd / pickle.

This is a convenient option during travels as it's easy to make and gluten-free. However, there's way too much salt! Hypertension patients beware! I will never eat it at home or if there's a gluten-free breakfast available during travels.

Go for it if you have a big appetite. If you need smaller volume, then maybe not for you. Good quality, easy carry-on snack for travel and great for the price. Tastes great, lacks a little spicy taste rhat many may want. You can always add lemon for a tamgy taste.

I have used other pre packed also like Haldiram. It is better then every other brand.. but the only issue is availablity.. tasty is yummy and spicy., quality is good better then ashirwaad and haldiram.
