This stuff is really good. It’s a lighter style fllour batter but still crunchy but light and crunchy, you have to keep mixing to get it exactly the way you want it but only use extremely cold water and seasoned it up how you like it to taste, definitely made for shrimp or prawns, but 100% excellent with fried chicken or vegetables to deep fry.

While the product is good, I received a torn packet and a lot of it has spilt and I am not able to return the product. Very bad seller.

If you like dredged deep fried snacks this one is for you everything turns out so crispy !!! I mix this with some spices and seasoning before using and it turns out to be divine!! Your prayers are answered!

Though the ratio is mentioned as 2 of water to 1 of flour, I felt it required more flour. Other than that the vegetables came out crisp once more flour was added. Before that because of it being too liquidy the batter separated and came off the vegetables while deep frying.

Tempura flour is very good. You dip chicken or prawns and fry....actually I was looking this product for long time..I found at Amazon....this product of this suppliers I found his price is cheapest Rs.250....other suppliers price was Rs.350....325....
