I have found toxic smell of Dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT) in this Amaranth flour...☠️💀 As we know that DDT is toxic to human beings and wildlife. DDT side effects include neurological damage, with acute exposure causing tremors and seizures, and chronic exposure linked to long-term issues like cancer, reproductive problems, and endocrine disruption. India banned its agricultural uses by 1972. So, dear Amazon, don't be hand-in-glove to kill human beings by this toxic product in the name of organic flour... Ban/black list this product, immediately.

Got it a couple of days back and tried but the usual way, by adding 1/4th ratio of mashed potatoes, crushed jeera and chilli. The flour behaves like ragi and doesn’t stick to tawa as I made mine with oil like paratha. It’s very soft /light and one has to be extremely careful rolling it. It was quite tasty and good for fasting or a light snack.

No doubt Natureland Organic products are too good but in my case, have a bad experience about it’s manufacturing details, expiration and other important details, all are scratched. Don’t know why, either intentionally or by mistake.

As Indians we all know how good a role good fasting feast food plays on days of fast especially with whole family. I ordered 2 packs of (500 gm each) Natureland Organics Amaranthus Flour & I am intrigued by the quality of this product. Making food from Natureland Organics Amaranthus Flour has been a GREAT Experience and this product is now a part of weekly fasting food for whole family. All in All it's a great & healthy product for food that needs to be prepared during Fast Days.
