            It all started in Dec
2013 with my search of quality nutrition products which can provide me with
my daily requirements of Proteins and Vitamins. All fitness enthusiasts will

Lifecare” in Nov 2014, to meet the Health and Nutrition products requirement

Nature’s Velvet Fenugreek also known as methi is used as a herb (dried or
fresh leaves/seeds), spice (seeds), and vegetable (fresh leaves, sprouts, and
microgreens). Traditionally, Methi has been used for various disorders such
as diabetes, high cholesterol etc.  It
is known to correct & maintain lipid metabolism, thereby checking weight.
