    Bought these seeds for seed cycling - 1tbsp of grounded flax seeds and 1tbsp of grounded pumpkin seeds during follicular phase (day 1-14) - as it supports estrogen production and balances mood . The seeds were really clean, of good size and tasted good.

    Authentic product, flax seeds are rich in omega 3 fatty acids and fiber , it's so good for your skin , hair and gut health, bought it in very reasonable price, and seeds were clean doesn't had any dirt or anything, texture was good packing was good, I've tried some others product from the same brand they were all so good especially the apricots, Nutri organics is a reliable brand u can go for it👍

    Product is as I want but it is not clean it's have some mustered seed inside the pack.before use please remove other material from flex seed.
