    The rotis made using this flour tasted bitter and even the aftertaste lasted for a long time. The manufacturing date on the packet was August 2020. Usually bajra flour should be consumed within two weeks of production lest it turns bitter. This flour was over 4 months old. Had I seen it before opening, I would've returned it right away. I wish they'd deliver latest manufactured products.

    I have used other brands of organic bajra flour as well, this is not as expected, first the date of expiry is very near of the product received.
