It is good. We searched a lot for a good rock salt. This one comes in a powdered form with no sandy adulteration. [so far we have purchased it multiple times]. There should be a balance between rock salt and table [sea]salt in your diet. Since we are using this one my mildly high blood pressure is pretty much maintained. There is a reduction in my temporal headaches and water retention which was making me feel heavier. Good packing and timely delivery. The taste is good, not as strong as the freshly ground original black salt. [many people dont like the taste of original black salt]Its off white with the lightest shade of muddy pink in colour. We store it in an airtight container and keep it handy to avoid use of sea salt all the time. I recommend to add it after the cooking process just before consumption of food. It goes well with most dishes without much alteration in its taste like black salt. Good for upwas dishes too.....
