How to Use

Take 3 levelled scoops Timios Porridge Junior and add 1 cup (250ml) of water. 
Cook the porridge on a medium flame for 5 – 6minutes, stir continuously to avoid lumps.
Serve with pure ghee to enhance flavour and increase energy value.
Recipe suggestion: Roast the mix with ghee before cooking to enhance the flavour and taste.
