I liked the taste of this. This is moist and has full blown flavor. This is high on fiber and antioxidants. It is reasonably priced too.

This is big & good quality prunes but its very sweet which makes me question if there is added suger in this.

The overall product seems good for the price they are selling I have tried everything, from Fiber Splenda in my coffee, to Fiber One snacks to gorging myself on fruits that I hate to taking pills and nothing really seemed to be working. I was actually skeptical getting these at first since it had a 3 gram of fiber or so listed on the side and I thought - yeah right no way that'll work - but they did! They really did. I honestly would never have believed that I could get results like this. It has a laxative effect or something so it works even though the fiber content is not as much as others Plus they are very yummy and sweet for those with a sweet tooth which I do. Only a little is necessary though, too much and you'll be on the can all day!!

**~It isn’t extremely sweet which is a good indicator that it doesn’t have added sugars. The texture is kinda mushy and the taste is just like that of eating an apricot but a lot mushier. There were 32-34 pieces and I had them along with my trail mix as snacks in between the meals. Plums are great for digestion and metabolism but I didn’t buy them for those reasons. I simply bought it to taste it and I think it was an okay experience. Not bad not good.

I love these pitted prunes. If its lying anywhere near me I can eat them non stop . Love them more than chocolates.

I was a little bored of eating regular cashew nuts / badaam daily so I thought of trying something new and that is how I came across prunes. Prior to this I had never tasted prunes. I like how the product supplied by the seller is so fresh. I ordered it in Aug, 2018 for INR 185 and my screenshot shows packing of Aug, 2018. What more could I have asked for! The taste is remotely like dried apricots (JALDARU) but not exactly. Hard to explain but it is extremely tasty. It's blackish in colour as it supplies a good source of iron. It's very hard to stop eating once started and eating one leads to two and two leads to three and so on... :) I would suggest you eat at least 5-6 prunes per day. If you are parent you can even feed it to your infant. It acts as a mild laxative for babies suffering from constipation. It also helps in reduction of blood pressure. Other benefits are it is power packed with nutrients - offers good source of iron, high in potassium, high in vitamins. The front product photo aptly labels prunes as "SUPERFOOD"! Buy with confidence!
