The product its okay but surely does not lift up to 9 tones actually only up to 7 tones and I have kep the product for one hourto get to this result most probably to open the 9 tones it’s needed to bleach twice what brings even more damage to the hair and I used the developer 40, ratio 1:2 and my hair is brown 100% natural.

The seal of the developer bottle was clearly ripped off and about a quarter was missing. Would like a refund/replacement.
