Besan flour prepared from pure chana dal. It is pale yellow in colour and fine in texture. It is a good source of dietary fibre and contains an insignificant amount of polyunsaturated fat. It is majorly used for making Bajji, Bonda and in many of Indian dishes.

    It doesn't even feel like Besan. It is a mixture of besan, maida and rice flour. Never think of enjoying bajji or kadi with this low class product. You will be totally disappointed..
