Ragi Flour (24.5%), Rice Flour, Sprouted Ragi Flour (17.5%), Semolina, Oat Flour (10%), Urad Flour, Salt, Cumin Powder, Green Chilli Powder, Dehydrated Curry Leaves, Fenugreek Powder. How to Use
Mix 1 part of Dosa mix with 1 part of water and 1/4th part of curd. Stir well to remove any lumps. Keep aside for 5 minutes. Pour and spread a spoonful of batter on a preheated pan. Cook on both sides till it becomes crispy and golden. Serve hot with Chutney or Sambar. Note: Curd amount can be adjusted as per liking. Consistency should be similar to a Dosa Batter.
