Maida is made from fine quality wheat. It is made from wheat
grains after removing the brown covering. Maida is also known as All-purpose
flour, refined flour or simply flour. It has fibre, vitamins, iron,
magnesium, phosphorus, manganese and selenium. It makes a perfect ingredient
for baking mouth-watering desserts. You can use it extensively for making
fast foods, baked goods such as pastries, bread, several varieties of sweets,
and traditional flatbreads. It does not contain any added preservatives or
added flavour.
