Tata sampanna black pepper is on another level .these are the authentic pepper which has its oil intact .pepper has anti-inflammatory properties and it is also antioxidant which protects from cell damage.it also helps when you have cold ,it helps in removing congestion and thus helps in breathing problems. Well one can go on and on .final it helps in absorbing haldi effectively if you add pepper to haldi it's nutrients are well absorbed
